Error:Unexpected response code: 403, while trying to upload test cases

Hi Team,

I am unable to upload the test cases. "Unexpected response code 403" is displayed.

Using zfj-importer-utility-0.40 for importing

provided the valid URl with credentials.

provided Access Key and Secret Key.

Tap on Connect.

Response error 403 alert  is displayed.
