Error This form contains a hidden field that does not have a valid default value configured

Hello
This was working last week Friday but it doesn't work now. Gave an error on any request types made on this project. Other projects are fine. I checked the audit log and no changes was made since May. The only field that is "hidden" is the summary and that is set for Threat Review. Currently using Data Center v9.12.10 Service Management. Others who tried also get the same error for all request types.
