Error - Request type is required

When I try to create (create button) an epic, I receive the error message: Request Type is required.

Can you help me?

Hello and welcome in the community. 

Usually that mean that the field is required.  Maybe an admin has changed the epic screen or the prefilled value has been removed. 

Can you confirm: 

- you're try to create an epic in JSM cloud project 

- You're trying doing this from agent view
