Error “A problem occurred while loading the page” in JSM

Hi everybody

When using JSM Cloud, I encounter the following error when trying to access a board/project:

“A problem occurred while loading the page. Refresh and try again.”

I have already tried:

• Refreshing the page

• Clearing browser cache

• Trying different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)

• Accessing from another device

• Using both company network and mobile hotspot

The issue persists and prevents the page from being used.
It also occurs for multiple users in my JSM project.

This API GET /rest/api/latest/user/properties/jsm-repackaging-announcement-dismiss-state return 404 error 

The issue is in Jira’s interface code, which is trying to retrieve data for a user property (“jsm-repackaging-announcement-dismiss-state”) that your site does not have or that Jira no longer exposes.
