Enable MFA for Customer Portal

Hi team,

Hope you all doing good.

We have a customer who want's MFA to be enabled for customer portal.

Is this possible? if so please can I be pointed to the right documentation.

Also let me know is it possible with out any addons.

Are you using Atlassian Guard in your environment?

Are the customers from domains that you have claimed or are they coming from other domains not owned by your company?

If they are coming from other domains, have you looked at setting up an External User Security Policy?

It supports requiring a one-time passcode when customers login.

Hi @Trudy Claspill , thanks for the quick answer. Their domains are not owned by our company.

I read the article, but it is not clear, is there any native feature to apply MFA in the customer portal?
