Are customization options to the embeddable widget scheduled for anytime in the future? We would like for the widget to allow users to log defects vs. enhancements, add a couple more fields, designate them as required or optional then have it route to the our appropriate in-house queue.
We don't see any way to accomplish this with the current widget. Please advise. I can provide a quick and dirty BRD/FS for the functionality described in the screenshots attached below if desired.
