Embed attachments directly in an e-mail with Automation for Jira

Hi, everybody. I'm struggling to find a way to attach a custom file to an email message sent using Jira Automation. Is there any particular way of doing it? Many thanks for your help!

Welcome to the community!

As far as I'm aware, Automation does not send files through email as an attachment. 

To do this you would need a different third party add on.  We use Email This Issue - it works really well for this and a number of other solutions:
