Embed Jira Service Management Screen in Another System

Hello,

We have a customer that developed a security threats management system to which Security Operation Center users log-in and respond to the threats.

They would like the system to integrate with Jira Service Management so that Jira manages the queues for the users. Better for them, they would like to expose Jira screens in their own system so that from user experience view, the users work in their own system, while actually they work in Jira.

Is it possible to embed Jira screens in other web systems?

  You will not be able to embed Jira screens or iframe them in.  You can however use the applications APIs to create your own interface into the system and provide information ot of the system in their application.  https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/7.6.1/
