I would like to send replies to the customer in form of email not as a comments. Is this possible?
Also I would like to know if its possible to automatically link email which I`ve send from my email client to the customer under the ticket (e.g when ticket key is in the subject of the email).
Please note I am currently on the free plan as I am just testing Jira SM for future use.
