I have a Software object and I would like to email all Software POC's (a custom user attribute). I was thinking about exporting the software information into a spreadsheet and doing a mail merge type of thing, but I don't see how to return the user's email attribute as a column in the search results.
Is there another way to accomplish this, perhaps through automation? I'd like to send each POC one email with links to all the software objects to which they are designated POC.
