Hello,
We'd have one JSM Project with the following configuration :
1. 5 Forms
2. 1 email address which leads to a ticket
We'd like to restrict access to forms to customers we've added to the project, but in the same time we'd like to allow anyone to open a ticket by email.
The point is :
1. A customer added to the project will be able to create ticket with forms and email
1. A customer not added to the project will be able to create ticket only by email and won't have access to any forms.
Is it possible to setup our JSM project to do that ?
I tried several configuration but it systematically leads to customer have access to forms and email or nothing.
Thanks in advance
I’ve have raised this exact question. Did you ever work out this config?

Hello,
The support answer in 2023 was not possible, but a lot of features were added.
The need is not necessary today, but I think that you might be able to use organization to restrict access to a form combined with an automation.
Or use a dedicated JSM projects for emails with an automation.
PS : I'm not an expert.
