I am busy setting up a project for Service Desk. but I cant seem to open the Email request option, the page does not open at all.
Never seen this before. Suggest clearing cache or trying another browser. I assume other admin config screens work ok?
I have tried clearing cache and a different browser , does not made a difference, the other admin have the same issues as well

If no, check your browser's developer console and see if something's being blocked from being loaded...
