Email notification when another user has created a ticket

Is it possible for me to receive an email notification/details whenever someone else creates a new ticket?

Sure this is typically done. Project settings > notifications > Create. Be sure that those you want to be notified are listed there in a role/group.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
