Our Jira Service Desk is no longer sending email invitations for new users from our customer base. We allow each of our customers 2 service desk logins. The existing ones are still active, but struggling to send new invitations. This was working previously (for past 2 years) but not since January 2019, so not sure what is changed? Mail settings appear to be the same and customers appear active, but no invite coming out. Have tested sending to my own email, and not received either.
Any suggestions?
