Email Responses Not Showing Up in Service Ticket Comments

Hi,
We have email requests setup in our Service project.

I have some employees who after they email in a request to support@x.altassian.net any subsequent responses are not showing up on the ticket. I can see in the email log the NEW REQUESTs but no NEW COMMENTs. I can confirm their email responses attempting to add comments via email. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
