I'm currently trying to take an alert from another system (in this case GCP) and have it create an incident for me. 

A threshold is reached an alert is triggered and said alert should create an IR. That's the basic flow. 

But, the alert comes from an email for which I can't create an account so I'm getting the error "Signup is not currently available" which indicates it won't create the issue due to sender (from) not being a user. There is no way for me to make this entity a user as its a no reply email from an outside source. 

Is there a way around this somehow that I just am not thinking of?
