Email Requests not processed after license update

After we purchased and updated the license key on our Jira Server, the email requests ar not being processed by Jira.

I have:

- Verified the email account to check if it was operacional and the emails were being delivered. That was ok.

- Checked the project configuration under the "Email requests" section. Was ok.

- Reconfigured the email requests from the bullet point above. Connection was successful but the test issue sent was not processed in JIRA

 

Please give me some guidance on how to solve this issue.

I ended up fixing the issue by rebooting the server.
