Email Requests in Service Desk not working

Hi,

when trying to configure email i get an error

"

Erreur au moment de l'activation de l'e-mail

Échec de la connexion au magasin de courrier électronique d'Atlassian Cloud"

So in english something like 'error with connexion to the mail serveur atlassian cloud"

I thounght it was a temporary problem but it's since friday.
