I wanted to know if there was a way to do this in our JIRA Service desk.
We want to have different domains submit tickets via email. Can we setup automation for issues to be assigned a tag or field based off the domain name? For example if someone from xxxx@yahoo.com submits a ticket via email it will see @yahoo.com and assign them the tag yahoo or assign them a custom field Company name:yahoo.com

Wordering if you are going to Determine Organizations for customers, (you need to add the customer and associate them to the organization via service desk project / people).
If so you can use some automation from project itself. But I assume that you dont want to do this.
