We would like to configure our company email address to send notifications from our email address then they suggested to add dkim and spf records after mulitple problems we have added that now when we configure domain name claim failed
What i have to do or is there any jira support for this, there is no proper procedure to follow to configure, after each error we have search internet, when those required why they havent documented all the steps in one shot
