Email Channel Connectivity Logs

Starting recently, we are seeing multiple "Failure" in the Connectivity log...
Examples:

- com.microsoft.graph.core.ClientException: Error during http request

- Retrying in 640 minutes - Email pulling has failed 12 times consecutively (Reason: com.microsoft.graph.core.ClientException: Error during http request)

In between these Failure, we are successfully capturing issues, but sometimes it seems the "Retrying in 640 minutes" might be blocking the issues for this extensive timeframe.

Any suggestions or know issues?

Hi @William Porcelli 

You could try to disconnect the connection and reconnect it.

Hi William,

I am seeing the Rate Limited comment which is concerning. You should probably go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian to see what is going on.

In the meantime, maybe a helpful answer might come in here, but you should get Atlassian on the case in my opinion.
