Client send to an email request and we redirecting this email to jira inbox. we want to have it an automation to see where the email come first. On the audit log on the email box i can see the To but on automation i don't know how to get it.
Scenario:
Client sends to xx@gmail.com
Company receives this and forward to xx@jira.com
Creates ticket in jira.
Audit log email: I can see xx@gmail.com but in automation how to get the value of this

for my knowledge you can't retrieve that information through an automation. It is an internal redirect that has not effect on jira side that manages email in a trasparent way.
