We need to edit the sign up page of a customer to jira service desk. Currently it requires only for email, full name and password. We need to add company, phone and one more text field. Is this possible? Maybe with an extension?

Welcome to Atlassian Community! Currently, it's not possible to customize the customer portal login page. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4949 Also, in Jira there are no additional fields on the customer profile where we can add more information, we also have a feature request for this: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5693 Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the features. A workaround would be integrating Jira with some CRM, there are some add-ons that may help you: - Jira Service Desk apps
