Edit position of comments in tickets in Jira Service Desk

Hi All,

Is it possible to move/reposition the comments currently at the bottom of each ticket, I was hoping I could pin them to the right hand side of the page so that we don't need to scroll so far down to see the latest comments. I know i can change the order of the comment to asc or desc but you still need to scroll way down past all the emails to see to get to them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

There is no way to change the location. That said the new Issue view make it more prominent and locked.

Hi @Pierre Walsh , 

 

you could also change the sort order of the comments to show the newest first, as explained in this page.

Thank you Alexis, I was aware this. I was looking to see if i could dock a comments section in the top right of the page ?
