I want that reporter can edit fields of issue after issue creation in service desk.

Sadly this feature is not implemented for Jira Service Desk through the portal view.
There are registered a suggestion at Atlassian for this feature that one can vote on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-93
Are you interested in the solutions for Jira Service Desk Cloud or Server?
For Server instances, you should try out Actions for Jira Service Desk. This app enables you to create customer transitions on the workflows, including Edit option which will be visible for the reporters on the Request Detail View.
When it comes to Cloud, though, I don't think there's any feature available yet.
