Please let us know if it is possible to completely replace support@coronationtechnology.atlassian.net with support@ooe.com.ng for request creation and customer notifications, or if there is an alternative configuration to achieve this.
Our customers are receiving notification from support@coronationtechnology.atlassian.net, though , customer can log request through our email channel - support@ooe.com.ng.
The issue here is the email notification back to customer that shows support@coronationtechnology.atlassian.net instead of support@ooe.com.ng.
We would appreciate your guidance on this at your earliest convenience.
