On Service Desk, I am trying to connect the the Microsoft Exchange portal. This has always been done by only clicking on the Microsoft button under the "Connect a custom email account" heading.
After we change the email accounts password I have to disconnect. But know, if I click on the Microsoft button, it doesn't open the Microsoft page.
THis is having a serious effect on our Support Teams work.
Please tell me how to resolve!

The issue as explained seems to be an intermittent one. I have tested it on my personal instance and it does take me to the Microsoft page.
I suggest you try it again and share the feedback. Also, it would be helpful if you share the error message if there is any.

No Error message. It opens a new browser tab, but then closes it in couple seconds again.

@Marius Kieck I was wondering if you ever resolved your issue. I am running into the exact same problem. Clicking on the 'Microsoft' button under 'Connect a custom email account' opens a new tab but the tab immediately closes before I am able to enter in any credentials.
