Hello, is there a way for customers to get an email notification when they follow the issue? I don't see any possibility to set this.
If a customer is the reporter of an issue or a request participant of the issue then they will receive notifications. Of course this depends on how you have set up customer notifications within the project. Are you looking for something different?
