Dynamic form with an option to additional rows

Hello everyone,

I’m working on building a dynamic form that has 4 columns by default. My aim is to allow users to add additional rows to the form as needed. I’m hoping for the following features:

  • A form layout with 4 columns.
  • An option for users to add more rows dynamically.

Is this possible, and if so, could anyone share some guidance on how to implement this, or if there are any recommended libraries or frameworks to streamline this process? I’d appreciate any tips, examples, or links to resources.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Kashif

One solution for this could be setting up a custom field with wiki style rendering and setting the default value to a table. It is described somewhat in this thread:

Create a custom field table

This thread goes into what you need to pre-fil in order to get the table to appear
Wiki Renderer - Formatting text in tables doesn't ...

let me know if that works for you or if you have any trouble. I've done a few of these on my own instance and if you get them right they will do exactly what you require.

Regards,

Christian
