I have the dynamic-forms plugin from com.intenso.jira.plugin yet this doesn't expose dynamic fields to the Service Desk custom Portals. I have noticed that there is a Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk from the same company. Do I need both plugins installed to have dynamic fields within JIRA and on the custome Portal?

Vicki, I have not tried to get dynamic fields working. I use my dynamic fields on my request types but really as normal custom field. By that the dynamic field is hidden and already pre selected. So at this stage this isn't a big deal for us at present.
