Duplicating or changing Service Desk Customer Portal template

Is it possible to duplicate a Service Desk customer portal?

I have a number of clients I'm setting up Service Desk for and have a customer portal set up for a test client at present. However setting this up by hand is time consuming therefore it'd be great to be able to reduce the duplication of this work....

Hi there,

 

Unfortunately it is not possible to duplicate the Service Desk although there is a improvement request for it.
