Drop down menu for request types in Service Desk

Hi, 

Is it possible to add a drop-down menu in the fields of the Request Types? For instance, I would like to add a drop-down menu for the Components field so we can avoid having people creating new components every time they submit a new ticket.

@Alexandra-Elena Parfeneplease clarify, how users creates issues in your instance - via Customer Portal or Create button? Also it will be great to more clarification regarding your target. You can add Component field in to Create Screen\Customer Portal.

Through Customer Portal users cannot create new components - they can choose only already created.

Hi, our stakeholders are using the Customer portal to submit tickets but if they cannot create new components I think the drop-down is not needed. Thank you for your fast reply.
