Hello, I need an assistance to map resolved status to Done. Currently, it shows zero values.

the following report is not based on ticket status but on field resolution. Usually, ticet in a done status should have a resolution value not empty but it depends from your workflow.
Resolution field should be mandatory on closure screen or it should be automatically populated through a post function within your workflow.

In Jira/JSM, "Resolved" means that an issue's resolution field is not empty. When this field is populated (i.e. typically it is automatically populated when an issue moves into the final terminal status - example "Done"/"Closed", and the population of the field is always controlled by the WF transition).
Based on your chart, it seems there are no issues where their resolution field have been populated. Therefore, the count under the "Resolved" column is 0.
