I added the Priority field in my request form but I am not able to see the same in the Customise Requests list. The customer wants to filter the requests based on Priority field.
If you add the field under request types in the project, the field will appear in the list.

If you want to customize and personalize which fields are visible on the request list and also prioritize them, you can try the app we created - Advanced Portal Reports.

I don't believe it is possible for us to configure which fields are available in that list.
I did find a change request about adding Priority to that list. You should vote for it.
