Does jira issue collector support Japanese language

Hi,

I want to know if Jira supports Japanese language in issue collector, if I submit the form/issue collector the Jira ticket should be created in Japanese.

So that the same Japanese form values need to be captured by the Jira Webhook, and I need to store them in my database.

I am using a Spring REST API as a webhook API, but when the API is triggered on submission of Japanese form the data is being captured in some random language, like for example - "customfield_13948":"πé½πâ│πâëπéÑπâ⌐".

How can I capture the right Japanese values.

Please help me on this.
