We make heavy use of the Message Field plugin for Jira Data Center, made by JiBrok (marketplace page).
We recently contacted them for support due to various Jira 10 incompatibilities, and issues integrating with scriptrunner behaviours in Jira 10.
That was over a month ago (through their support site), and we have never heard back.
We've followed up multiple times, and e-mailed directly. We even contacted Atlassian to see if they knew of any other way to get in contact, and they gave us 3 separate Email addresses to try - they didn't respond to these either.
JiBrok has been incredibly fast and responsive in the past, so I'm wondering if something has happened that is stopping them from working.
Just posting here to see if anyone else has had any contact with them in the past month (Feb-March 2025) or has any information.
It looks like their last app updated was Jan 27th 2025, and none since then to support Jira 10.5 etc.
We're not sure where they're located, but hoping they aren't in one of the various warzones in the world right now.
