Does anyone know how long customer accounts are stored?

Hi, 

I havent been able to find specific information on this - how long are the customer accounts stored if inactive? Say a customer logs on the portal once, how long before that account is automatically deleted if it is never used again?

Hi @Fredrik Thorsen welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The account itself is never deleted if not used, unless the e-mail address is no longer valid.

Access to the customer portal remains active as long as the account isn't removed as customer for that service project.
