Does anyone have any recommendations for managing a product with multiple teams? Ops focused and Agile focused?
One team is prioritizing items and the other prioritizes their own but some of them (items/stories) are involved with both teams. Any recommendations?

Are you referring to managing this product using the Jira boards? If so, you could have a separate board for each team, plus one board whose filter could concentrate the activities that are common to both teams. Or, if you prefer, a single board only, accessed by both teams, with parallel sprints. It will depend on how your process runs today. The problem would be logging time on the activities since Jira does not handle for what team the time is being entered.
