Does Jira Service Management cloud keep logs when it comes to access for customers?

Hi,

We had a customer who had been given access to a project that they should not have been given access to. It has been removed, but I want to know if there is any way to know how or when that access was given? Does Jira Service Management cloud keep a log of these actions or not?
