Does JSM work with Team City as a CI/CD solution

I am looking to setup TeamCity as the source reporter of changes to JSM. Has anyone done this?

@Elaine McMillan - Generally speaking, you can have external tools email Jira Service Management projects, provided you've configured your project to receive email requests. Each email will trigger the generation of a new request.
