In one of our JIRA projects, we can assign roles to users. There are Admin, Agents, and Viewers. Does it cost more to assign these roles to users? Like, if I give a user Viewer access, does our license cost more? What about Agents or Admin?

You will have to pay for every user, but it doesn't matter if which role the user has.
