After the upgrade of Jira Service desk from 3.8.1 to 3.15.3, the display of SLA times has been changed from Days / hours to time. How can I get the display back to days / hours?

The situation is not due to an upgrade from Jira. It has to do with the functionality of an add-on. I am in further contact with the add-on supplier about this.
