If a project is created the following rules are automatically turned on:
When a change request is created → then attach the default change management form
When a low risk change management request is in review → then move request to approved
Is it possible to disable these rules before they are created because they adjust the form as well with the following fields:
I understand I can disable them with the sliders in the automation section but then I still need to adjust the forms for each new project so I want to disable them before they adjust my form
Welcome to the community. Thanks for your detailed information. However, it seems that those details are customized for your env and not something out of the box. Can you advise on what JSM project type (template) was used when it was provisioned? In addition, are you referring to the automation rules found under Project settings >> Automation section?
Please advise.

Indeed I mean those rules (Project settings >> Automation section). The initial template is Service Management >> IT Service Management. I configured this template as a base for each new project. So when I create a project now i use the 'Share settings with an existing project' option to create a project which is based of the template mentioned above. I hope I informed you enough.

Dani
