Hi, i am wondering, when i create a ticket, the user gets an email that the user has been invited to the jira helpdesk, how can i disable it??

To disable the automatic invitation email when creating a ticket in Jira Service Management, follow these steps if you're using Cloud version: In your service project, select "Project settings" > Choose "Notifications" > "Customer notifications" >
Disable the "Customer invited" toggle.

But when i assign a customer to the ticket, they dont receive any mail at all, only the invitation mail (wich is disabled)
