I am trying to build a workflow with Slack+JSM using the Atlassian Assist app and turning on Chat in JSM.
This is for internal product support and the plan is move tickets out of JSM and into the relevant Jira projects after triage.
At the point the desired behavior is
1. disable bi-directional comment sync between Slack/Jira for that ticket
2. continue to post updates to slack for workflow transitions
My hunch (but I can't confirm it in documentation) is that the move will automatically disable the chat sync, but if not would be helpful to know if there's a field I can update in automation.
2 I can setup with automation; only downside it won't be in the original thread (but that's ok)
Can anyone confirm when and how chat can be disabled in automation or through moving out of JSD?
