I want to use JSM but don't want the ticket requester in Slack to see the comments made on the Jira ticket. How can I disable this?
Hi @Mara Kaspers and welcome to the community!
If you don't want the requester to see comments, you should use Add Internal Note when creating private comments. These will not appear on slack for the requester
@Mark Segall thanks for the quick reply! I don't think that would work for our workflow. I'd like to just turn of the sync between comments in the Slack thread and comments in the Jira ticket. Is that possible?

Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be a possibility. I thought maybe disabling the below options in Customer Notifications would do the trick, but in my test environment, I still received the slack message.
