Disable Suggest related articles in Linked Confluence KB to Jira Service Desk

Hi

If I link my Confluence Knowledge Base to Jira Service Desk

Will users be presented with automatic "Related articles" when they type Issue name?

Can I disable this?

I have incomplete KB contents, that should not be viewable/searchable, and certainly not Suggested to users :)

Hi,

You can try restricting the page to have everyone has no access in Confluence, but have yourself or users who should have view/edit access to have can view and edit.

So users who log into the portal won't be able to search or view it, while yourself should be able to see it in the portal.

i.e. you need to test with someone that doesn't have access to the page in Confluence, when logging into the portal.

Cheers
