Trying to figure out how i can get JIRA to send a response via a comment as an actual like you would be sending from outlook rather than the JIRA ticket response.
Ive managed to find the below which is from an app that can be integrated called NotifyMe! that has the Send by email function, but it doesnt seem to compatible with JIRA Service Desk ?
Ive also seen other screenshots that have the "Email" tab in the Activity section, not sure if this is also a Service Desk restrcition

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, so I would like you to clarify what would this email.
What I understood is that you would like the notification to be sent with an email that is not from Jira, for example, servicedesk@mydomain.com, is that correct?
By default, when we an agent add a public comment on the ticket, customers will receive the notification.
