Different display when searching via the search field in the customer portal
For example, if I enter the three letters "With", I see articles from the knowledge base and the option to make a request.
If I expand the word "Mit" with another letter, as in my example "Mita", only the suggested articles will be displayed.
Why is it different? Is this a bug?
