Hello! We have multiple request types, and are using the "Approval required" customer notification. How can we send a different email based on the request type? We want to word each of them differently, and include different fields. It doesn't look like I can add any additional notification emails, or like I can add conditionals to the one approval required email. Thanks!

no, that’s not possible. There is only a single approval notification that can be sent.
if you don’t need the ability to click on the Approval button in the email, You can create a set of automation rules that can send customize notifications with the links that take them to the issue where the user can click in the approval button there.
